Once you fail sub pushups in for burpees and keep going at the same level. This is a great chance and opportuninty to increase your workouts and calorie burn throughout the week.  In addition we will also be adding a kettlebell class on m-w-f from 5-5:45 pm.  This class will definitely push your fitness to a new level as you challenge your body with classic kettlebell exercises and stretches. They perfromed a benchmark workout to gauge progress and see how much time they can improve on.  They proceeded to follow this up with a secondary cardio/ab workout.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Benchmark&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;10 Rounds&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;10 pull ups&lt;br /&gt;10 pushups&lt;br /&gt;10 air squats&lt;br /&gt;10 situps&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Congrats to Nikki who came back after an extended illness and completed this routine in a very good time.
